The first batch of Babolat Pure Aero 300 g 2019 is here and they are not bad at all.
What’s new: Three new updates
For this update, Babolat lowers the flex index from 73 RA to 71 RA, thus making this racquet arm-friendlier. Babolat has also moved the Cortex dampening material to the head at 3 & 9 o’clock. As a result, this will result in a slightly softer feel at impact. The key technology, called FSI Spin, utilises wider string spacing for extra bite and spin along the mains grommets at 6 and 12 o’clock positions to maximise string movement and snapback.
How it Feels:
Babolat Pure Aero 300 g 2019 feels fast and explosive from the baseline. The fast response and grippy stringbed make possible for hitting heavy balls that drop in against your opponent’s anticipation, surprising them each and every time. At net the Pure Aero allows for quick reflexes putting away the balls decisively and purposively. The new Pure Aero has the same winning feel of its predecessor with the added benefit of a little more spin and pace and a little less arm problems.
